So how do I do that exactly?

Item Help

Item Help allows you to go into deeper details about how or why a particular Item on the checklist is done.

Add additional details to your Item by using the Plus symbol at the end of the row and selecting "Add Help" from the menu.

This will add the Item Details block to your Item.

You can remove Item Help by clicking the Cross at the end of the row.
